Fort Collins Grand Opening (June 11) — Final post-event email copy needs updating (confirmed: broad send to full list, not attendees-only per Wyatt/Phil). Schedule once updated. RSVP tracking spreadsheet handoff to Wyatt by May 31. Press release still needs publishing on Gallery, ESL, and NexCore sites.
Falls Church landing page — Just keep an eye out for any final edits that come in.
Levels of Care Phase 2 — Top remaining priority. Tema writing copy (or delegating), Ashley reviewing/approving internally, then pages go directly live — no doc review per Phil/Wyatt.
Strathmore email sequence — Needs rewrite and relaunch (small update — remove outdated virtual tour/sales center details). Reapproval needed from Phill, Lisa, and Louise.

LinkedIn ad account access provisioning — Wyatt, Curtis, and Shane need access. Process: Kathy → Apps Admin → IT → team provisioning.
Article pipeline (Tema) — NEX-OH-029 due Jun 9, NEX-OH-030 due Jun 22, NEX-OH-031 due Jun 29, NEX-OH-032 due Jul 6. All in Content/Article stage — keep moving.
